If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

your order number
photos of the item and packaging
a brief description of the issue

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NOPE. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
